5 K Run/Walk
Were exciting to be working with LiveEvent NY, M & T Bank, Visions Bank and New York Central Mutual Insurance to sponsor this in-person or virtual "Hope for Healing" 5 K Run/Walk Event - After the 5K Run/Walk there will a tabling event with information on various children programing/services available in the region, family activities, food trucks for lunch options and live music by live event ny. The first 100 participants will receive a bag with COVID19 protective gear and fun items to enjoy. Social distancing, facemasks and sanitation stations will be available throughout the event and made available for all participants and volunteers. All monies raised during event will be used to purchase medical equipment for children/adolescents going through a medical exam following a crime.

Thus release is for any and all liability for personal injuries, (including death) property losses, or damage occasioned by, or in connection with any activity or accommodations for this event. The undersigned further agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by Chenango Child Advocacy Center and/or its affiliate groups, vendors, volunteers thought the event.
